On arrival, credit card details will be required as a guarantee for any possible damage. The card holder must be present during check-in.

Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older.

Check-in after 21:00 will be charged GBP 20 and after midnight will be charged GBP 30.

Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised directly to guests.

For bookings of 8 persons or more, guests under 25 years old and same-day bookings, different policies and addit精選優惠ional supplements apply.

Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged.

A security deposit of GBP 150 against breakages will be charged as guarantee on credit/debit card or cash. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

For groups of 6 guests or more, the security deposit will be GBP 50 per person. The final balance is to be paid upon arrival.

Please note that the pictures shown are selected from several apartments. The apartments are of a similar standard, but may differ to the ones shown.

Properties may be located within a 15-minute walk from the advertised area.

Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and credit card used for the booking. The card holder must be present upon arrival.
